JOBSHADOWING IN IRELAND

Teachers and technicians of the “Malafarina” were engaged in Jobshadowing activities in the month of June 2022 in Galway in Ireland. Claudio Cherubino and the technicians Giuseppe Schiavi and Rocco Rosanò alternated with professors Sandra Macrina and Francesca Migliarese at the prestigious Atlantic Language Academy, where they had the opportunity to attend very interesting lessons, differentiated by levels of knowledge of the language, during which it was possible to appreciate both the use of innovative methodologies and the flexibility in the provision of activities aimed at developing effective skills and standardizing their progress. The jobshadowing experience was not limited to observation: the participants were often involved in the same lessons and were able to appreciate its flexibility from which to draw ideas for the introduction into our educational reality of similar and equally effective tools. .

Docenti e tecnici del “Malafarina” sono stati impegnati in attività di Jobshadowing nel mese di giugno 2022 a Galway in Irlanda. Claudio Cherubino e i tecnici Giuseppe Schiavi e Rocco Rosanò si sono alternati alle prof.sse Sandra Macrina e Francesca Migliarese presso la prestigiosa Atlantic Language Academy, dove hanno avuto modo di assistere a delle interessantissime lezioni, differenziate per livelli di conoscenza della lingua, durante le quali si è potuto apprezzare sia l’uso di metodologie innovative che la flessibilità nell’erogazione delle attività miranti a sviluppare delle competenze fattive e ad uniformarne i progressi. L’esperienza di jobshadowing non si è limitata all’osservazione: i partecipanti sono stati, spesso, coinvolti nelle stesse lezioni e hanno avuto modo di apprezzarne la duttilità da cui trarre spunti per l’introduzione nella nostra realtà educativa di strumenti simili e parimenti efficaci.
